- What Models Are Available?
We specialize in compact UV printers, offering A5 UV flatbed printer, A4 UV flatbed printer, and A2 UV flatbed printer. Our current best-selling model is the A5 (CH03, CH06).
- What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We offer DHL, UPS, FedEx, by sea or client-appointed cargo agent.
FedEx is our most commonly used option — fast delivery (5–7 days) and competitively priced.
We will choose the safest and most cost-effective shipping method based on your order.
How Long Does It Take to Ship?
Usually 1–5 business days.
How Much Is the Shipping Fee? Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Most logistics companies calculate freight charges based on the actual weight or dimensional weight of the package — whichever is higher.
Please note that additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas due to international shipping policies.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping.
- What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
100% prepayment via T/T, Western Union, Credit Card, or PayPal.
For distributors: 30% deposit, and 70% before BL (Bill of Lading).
- How Can I Become a Beric Distributor?
You must have a local team capable of providing warehouse and technical support.
Minimum first order: 10 units; annual order requirement: 100 units.

- Will There Be Any Software Fees After Becoming a Customer? Will the APP Update Phone Model Support?
Currently, we do not charge any software fees. The app automatically updates to support new phone models as they are released.
